Thanks for your Support!

I am giving up my part in the planning and leadership role with the Midyear Sting Ray Group and I’m happy to say that Steve McFarland has agreed to step in to help out.  Steve has been with our outfit since the very first get together and also set up and monitors our website and most recently, got us involved with the El Dorado Hills Concours show.   Several people have volunteered to help Steve, but the more help and ideas, the better.  Call him at (916) 966-0513.

I have been very lucky that many of our members, who have liked the concept of having no meetings or dues and keeping politics out the picture, have been very active in getting things done for the betterment of everyone.  A real and pleasant team effort.  The group has evolved into a great place to meet other Sting Ray enthusiasts as well as have the public see in person the “# 1 Coolest Car” there is!  There is still no better image than a caravan of Mid Years going down the highway or winding through some mountain back roads!

Karen and I will attend many of the group’s functions in the future and look forward to seeing some of the new ideas and events that Steve and his team come up with.  Thanks again!  Mark and Karen Davidson.
