2006 Sacramento Autorama
WOW! The Midyear Sting Rays won first place for Outstanding Club/Group
Display. The
theme was California Beach Party and our display really looked great. We
had eight beautiful Midyears
parked around a beach party scene with sand, shells, a realistic fire pit, beach chairs, umbrella, palm trees, volleyball net ,
surf boards, signs and a bunch of other beach stuff. (see below pictures)
Many thanks to John and Nyle for their excellent coordination of the event
, and to the eight of you who showed your cars, plus all of you who gave your time and effort in
putting the display together. All of your hard work paid off and you showed
what our informal non-club club can do!!
